right now on me old tower, 1280X1024, soon to be 1600X1200. but my pathetic excuse for a laptop has a max of 1024X768. well at least im bigger than someone here. so i laugh at you, *point* HAHA. just joking :P

I used to do that MooseSkin, but my eyes started to hurt from the 60hz, so I ended up buying a new monitor. Now I'm at 1600x1200 @ 75hz, which is nice.

That's because I never paid anything fot his monitor and its at [I]least[/I] ten years old. My old monitor died. This one was a refurb from the local high school, so it is crap. (Come on, it's a 13 inch...)

I'm eyeing a 19 inch that has a 80 Hz refresh rate.... I can afford it, I must afford..... I need it....

sadly i have 1024x768 on a 14.1" LCD on my laptop... soon to change... i hope...

1280x1024@ 60Hz. Yes it hurts, but 1024x786 hurts more. And I dont care about any crappy 4:3 ratio.

1600 X 1200 at 70 Hz runs good now and my comp can gohigher but my screen doesn allow it ::) lol oh well maybe next year an 21 inch screen or something

OK, a couple of things, one noted before:

1280x1024 is not a standard 4:3 resolution, unlike almos every other reasonable resolution - use 1280x960 as you're supposed to!

also, its not 1900x1440, its 1920x1440 - which is what i use.

Hmmm... My PowerBook G4 runs at 1280x854 (yes, I typed that right). No option on the poll for me. Go figure. At least OS X supports any resolution possible, so Photoshop runs really slick with all the palettes on the sides. Huzzah for widescreen.

What are you talking about new poll? This one has been up for less than 36 hours.

You know, most sites do a *weekly* poll.

I think it's reasonable to want to get at least 48 hours of results from a poll.

1600x1200 on a 19" CRT monitor... runnin' on 60 Hz though. Don't really get why you should run on a higher frequency, so I don't. ;P
