Batman was good. Bt i just saw LAYER CAKE, and that was pretty kick ass. Solid all rounf British Gangster movie, directed by the guy that produced SNATCH and LOCK STOCK AND TWO SMOKING BARRELS and MEAN MACHINE too i think. worth chekcing out!

Batman:Begins kicked ASS. by far, the best Batman movie yet. And Christian Bale is definitely the best Batman. I'll definitely see it again. *two thumbs up*

Batman is winning. Star Wars = pwnt.

I was really disappointed with Star Wars, even though I think it is the best of the prequels. Considering that the script virtually wrote itself in that we knew what had to happen to get to Ep4, I thought it was a bit of a mish-mash. Wookies for the sake of wookies and the like. When there weren't battles or light saber duels it just felt like a tick list:
Anakin turns evil, Check
Empire formed, Check
Jedi's wiped out, Check
C3PO memory wipe, Check
Luke & Leia born, Check

And the dialogue; 'younglings' Doh!

It's still not a patch on The Empire Strikes Back.

Batman Begins was excellent.
