iPod NANO?

I'd lose it like I lose credit cards and condoms, Needs a tad bit of bulk to it, an mp3 player the size of a credit card is just asking for trouble, especially one priced at $200-$400.

they're crap. my brother got one and it was scratched to shit before he even got a chance to put any songs on it.

I recieved one from my school. It does the job and it seems pretty durable. It handels the rigors of my daily routine, but within a week it was completely scratched.

where do you go to school? i heard schools like drexel were giving them out to students, but i dont think they were nanos...

is it really that easy to scratch?

i just ordered the new ipod 60 gig in black. i had the 4th gen ipod before this, and they do scratch easily. very easily. but they're sweet; i love having all my music with me.

The Nano is too small for me. In both form factor and memory. My wife had to have one though!

I have a problem with electronics getting smaller and smaller. I have large hands and when my mobile phone dies, I'm going to have a struggle with the phones currently on the market.

I have a 40GB 4th gen iPod, and with over 1100 CDs I can only get 70% of my music on to it.
That's still over a month of music though. I'll wait a while to update.

I'm pretty much indifferent towards iPods. There are plenty of other MP3 players, some better, some worse. I do think their pricing is too high though.

i was an ipod user... now with my cell phone + MS 4GB + Converted music to MP4 = 29.8 days of music...

I'm still diggin' my 60gb Zen. I only got it a few weeks back and even though I could fill it 4x+ over, I wouldn't go anywhere without it.

Sound Quality - GOOOOOD
Battery Life - GOOOOOD
Zen power = GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD.

Yeah, you can't beat Creative's Zen for the price.

The Ipod is overrated.

It's became a huge part of consumer fetishism. So many people buy it now just because it's became a trend, not necessarily for its quality. I'm not bashing the Ipod or anything, it's a pretty good Mp3 player, but I've found ones of better quality and wouldn't burn a huge hole in my wallet.
