Artist's Note

this is more a tool than a skin. this let´s you meter the CPU and memory use of your current shell. pre-configs are done for bb4win, HoverDesk and LiteStep. NOTE1: if you are using this with LS, make sure to run it as standalone, not as module (makes sense, eh?). NOTE2: this thingy uses quite a lot of CPU as it constantly polls perfmon.exe. NOTE3: 2K or XP only
