Basically displays webcams on your desktop (or any static-name picture from the internet )
- 3 skins ( 1,3 or 7 webcam feeds )
- right click shows the entire picture
- Next and reload buttons on MouseOver
- english and french version, readme.txt
Tell me if you find bugs/problems.
Licensing: the artist has specified that ports and mods are allowed.

not sure if it's supposed to 'work' like that but it doesn't seem to update the display at all. It's just a static picture that doesn't change.
