saw the wallpaper here http://www.themexp.org/view_wall.php?id=944 and i thought i would make a theme out of it.
and i did some stuff to the explorer

not the best i've seen, not the worst either. The taskbar *is* ugly as Adam says..take a look around at other themes, then come back with a better taskbar =P
