ermmm.... so yeah. i dont usually release shots of my skins til theyre done, and i was really getting into it, but when winamp 3 final came out, i kind of lost interest in my new blazeamp, so here's what it was looking like. the wall i may release... the flame is hand done, no filters or layer effects, just dodge, burn, smudge, and (of course) the path tool, in photoshop 7. but its pretty logo-y, dont see what use anyone would have for it.
anyways, everything in the screen (other than the icons, which are blockOS, and mozilla) is mine; deskmod skin, wall, winamp, tclock 2 skin, colors are done with 3Dcc, running XP pro. so yeah.

Props to Mr. DoorinD, yours has always been some of my favorite stuff. I'll still pull up Illusion from my winamp pile every so often. Anyway, This combo is what minimalism should take after. Custom Icons, a fairly subdued base colour, an explorer bar that stands out on the base, and then a colourful center of focus. The icons sit nicely on the D-top and the winamp skin is a nice touch, since it wraps all of this together in a single small window :) it'd be cool to see the completed winamp skin. Quality ++

I really like the winamp skin, you should release it. not many people are moving over to winamp 3, i know im not.

although its not my style, the skin is really great, you definetely should release it. I agree with y5s60, winamp 3 is imho crap

a 6? some of yall admins are harsh...its good but 1. I wouldn't recommend showing dm on custo. 2. Change your icons and wallpapers and call it 'customizing'.

Wynton - dm and custo are not really rivals or enemies, and I dont have a sitemod for custo, so this seemed like the way to go - but i dont understand your second comment - repeat in other words please?
