This is my first time submitting something and i don't know how it will turn out. I know it is not a great screenshot so you all can tell me what doesn't match and what needs to be changed. Have fun surfing!

You want an honest review so here it is. Use MYIM or DEADAIM to get rid of all that extra crap in your AIM window. Too many recently opened programs icons in the start menu, and the menu is the size of your screen! The wallpaper has been overused and doesnt really blend with the "Gray" desktop theme too much. Nice winamp 3 skin though, I use it myself :) Your Icons could use a little work too. But you get an A+ for effort, or is that an E? ha. Good job anyway.

unless you did something to your aim to make it look good, dont show it off....nothing matches...it needs a lot of work with matching and cleaning...listeen to what ridgeburner said about the aim...but to use those programs, you need aim 4.8 or earlier version
