It's nice, but i'm not diggin' the green color (that's just personal taste, obviously). What you should do is to get rid of those icons. I'm not saying you should delete them, but maybe you should just create a folder called "Programs" on your desktop, and put all the shortcuts in there ? .. or something like that ;) Anyhow, you need to clean that up a bit
