I decided to give BlackBox a try on XP and this is what I came up with. I love the look of blackbox - simple but still stylish.

he is talkin about the shell he is using, which is blackbox. But yes, the theme is also called noir. i have never been able to get blackbox to work, but i always liked the way it looked. The dock at the bottom doesnt really fight in, but whatever foats your boat. Nothing really difficult here, just a a skin suite and icon theme thrown on a blackbox theme.
