good for a first.
1) samurize is way to big in my opinion
2) y'z toolbar, doesent match AT ALL
3) quicklaunch icons, change those to other than default.
as i said, not bad for a first but clean up a lil.

I think there might be a little confusion. thats not quick launch, those are the window icons,they just don't have the text on it, just to clear it up a bit.
