ehh. you've got some conflicting styles here, with the axiis theme and the mac- icons. axiis does have icons that match, and that picture in the bottom right doesn't really match the rest of what's going on. i suggest y'z toolbar for the ie toolbar buttons, and there is an axiis theme for that also.
