Inspired by the 'Poor Quality subs' message board, I began customizing my desktop since last night with full intentions, not the 5 minutes ones.
While searching, I found out that most themes that were highly customized seemed to 'hurt' me eyes (no offense), so in the end I searched for the most effective and eye-pleasing apps I can get.
The result: personally very eye-pleasing and still has a high level of usability.
I hope I'm going the right way to the 'quality' customizations. please comment and I highly appreciate suggestions of what I can do more in this simple SS.

Notes: I like the default AikonXP style for some reason, but basically the style is simple white/gray on calm blue. I like to position certain apps accordingly so it matches the wall, kinda my thing.... :) I included a mugshot of my webcam just to illustrate how the wall seem to connect even outside of my computer sometimes.

i like it.. but then again thats just me... im gonna assume that you're running 3 monitors from the looks of your taskbar (witch btw i think could use some work... it just dont match in my eyes...)
2 monitors actually, a 21" and a 15". I found some matching ones but I still prefer AikonXP because it is easy on my eyes. Thanks for the comment, I'll keep looking for a better taskbar style. hmmm or maybe I can reshack AikonXP to a more blue shade-like. UPDATE: hey! what the? aw dammit, forgot to change the icons... lol thanks for reminding caesar :)
