its a start, i cant decide on a really good wallpaper to go with it though....
winamp is milkamp something or other
aim has deadAIM for the translucency
and the theme is a tinkered with version of milk

first off, i don't want to shoot you down, but the milk-theme-era has come and passed. you're going to need to customize alot, starting with icons (prog: iphile)with icons from here or designtechnica, ietoolbar (prog: y'z toolbar) skins also at designtechnica, and use reshacker to change systray icons (icons near the clock in your taskbar). check out virtual plastic for tutorials on that, and if you insist on including your aim buddy list, check out wint's virtual plastic tutorial on hacking aim. also, if you use a wall that's one color, try to match the skins to the same color, maintaining a color sheme . also, reduce the number of icons on your desktop to the smallest usable number to reduce clutter. right click on the green GO button in IE and uncheck it to remove it. You can also remove the throbber via y'z toolbar. and transparency is hard to make look good, so most people tend to avoid it altogether. i know this seems like a lot, but when you see a good screenshot, you'll realize it takes a lot of effort to make a quality final product. good luck.

indeed only a start... i suggest you listen to what the others have to say and then take a look at some of the screenshots with the highest ratings on this site...
