Maybe you should try to arrange it with the colour settings instead of cutting to put them on an own layer with the gradient. The green, blue combination is calming and goes wonderful with the visual style. Also i like the arrangement with the "to do" list, the icons and winamp :). And that´s the only thing i think doesn´t fit. Have you tried to modifiy a winamp once? If you colour the background for the seeking bar black and change the control buttons to black ones it would fit perfectly with the whole setup. All applications have a clean look. I love that. well i think becuase he did recolor the wall and edit it (it is not the exact same as exopolis) it isnt really a rip, more of his interpertation of the site. with a little flare of 4imp (which is also recolored to match) but i agree he should have given credit. everyone is so eager to take credit for things and ravish his work. isnt the reason people release their stuff is so that others can use it? i personally would be happy if others were using my work and enjoying as much as i do. i think it is a good setup and really like it.
exopolis::but when he took from your layout, you didnt really release it, it was just your sites layout, so . . .
