well here's my desktop for awhile..
VS: Untitled
Wall: Vaoni Vectorized (its somewhere on deviantart)...i know its old but it fits in well
Icons: Smooth Metal (shell32.dll'ed..they don't fit in well, but i can't find another icon set to change all icons)
MSN: Minimal skin (with windows x's messenger and modded by me for everything to go black/white)
Yz Toolbar: Axiis-o
Yz Shadow: for shadows
Many reshacked mods over the weeks ..reshacked msn messenger, menus, dialogs, etc...hope you like :)

@scipioX: heh, i never bothered adding them all into the screenie...i changed the wireless network systray icon (that black, white box), changed the winamp systray icon, changed msn messenger icons, colours, etc, hacked msgina.dll, icons to shell32.dll, hacked about every right click menu =P (except IE), run, open with dialogs..i think there's more, i just dont remember =P
...yes, and the clock is called LCLock
