Artist's Note
I used to be a PC only user when i found out about customize.org, and i've been visiting ever since, even now that i have a mac! I thought i might put up a screenie now that i've learned how to custo mac desktops too. I don't know if there is any precedent for this, but i'll post the credits for the mods anyways.

So, i take it Clutter lets you click the album, and have it active? Mmmm....

fortunately i do have a mac, but unfortunately i have no idea how to do that to my adium contact list (transparency), and i was also wondering where you got the cool powerbook icon and toolbar memory monitor?

That clutter thing seems like a cool little program, but only if you've got like 30 albums. Personally speaking I presently have 623 albums on my HD (and that's after a sizeable clear-out). Or does it let you decide which albums to put on the desktop?

edited: You're right about clutter, that's exactly what it does. Clutter Lets you choose which albums you want to display on you desktop. If you don't have the album art, it goes and gets it for you. Just play any song in iTunes, and clutter goes and finds the album art, and you have the optino of saving that album cover to your desktop or not. It's a great program, i wish they had it for PC. Adium's transparency controls are in preferences in the advanced pane under the heading "display preferences." The toolbar memory icon is called menumeters. Its freeware, get it off of www.versiontracker.com To change your HD Icon, just go find a mac icon that you like, i use this site (http://www.interfacelift.com/icons-mac/) and copy the icon, then go to your HD, right click it, go to get info and select the icon of the HD in the get info window at the top left, and paste the new icon when the HD icon is selected.
