_The presentation:
I made this an animated .GIF since people have been talking about the presentation of screen shots lately. But I also uploaded each frame separately in case some don't want to view it. Or need a better look at it.
I should also mention that I used a longer interval between frames. I've seen people do animated .GIFs before, and they always changed to fast.
_The designer notes:
The usual designer notes are in Frame1. And about the Litestep theme is in Frame2.
_My thoughts on trends:
I'd really appreciate it if every one would read this. It's really not all that long.
A lot of people are talking about trends and trendwhores. And I'd just like to say that I don't follow trends. I don't do what every one else is doing BECAUSE it's the new trend, I never have. I've liked minimal and black and white things ever since I first began customizing my computer. So the fact that every one is doing now is a bit strange that it's actually a "trend" now. I don't do any thing in my screen shots just because it's "cool" or some thing. I use what I like, and I make what I like.
When I first saw Untitled I thought only one thing to myself. This is probably the most perfect minimal black and white VS I've ever seen. People keep talking about name recognition and crap like that. That may very well be what more then half of Custo thinks. You know, "ooh STICBOY did some thing, it MUST be AWESOME!" But I myself like this VS for what it is, and for the style it has, it's just what I happen to like. Now I could go on and on about this topic forever, but I think I'll just stop there. I pretty much got out all I was trying to get across.

For me this isn't regular, I did a Litestep theme with a bunch of stuff I don't use. In hopes of being able to release it for people who do use those extra things. So yes I know about the originality thing, but I wanted to get this port done. Maybe my next shot will be more original. The point is I didn't think because it was so un-original I'd get a staff rank THAT low. That must have had other reasons as well. Yes I have read that. It's funny how some people that use Untitled get ranked in the 50s. Yet when Sticboy use's it for the third time he gets ranked in the 80s. o_O But I've come to expect that... Well, last time I made a comment around here I got an unsigned private message flaming me... but I'll put my toes in the water again because this just plain rocks. Pyro_ this is awesome stuff, and I'm not normally into the minimal stuff. I'm with you on your trendwhore comments, and commend you for the excellent work, not to mention time you put into this. I for one would love to use the LS. Super job!
Very clean and precise, and I think that's what makes the difference between trendwhoring and trendsetting. This isn't some poorly thrown together attempt to impress people, but a well presented display of minimalism and consistency.
No idea why the hell this is ranked so low by the admins because the point of a theme is to edit everything possible that is functional to make it all match with easy function. Just because it's not all 3D abstract with a bunch of fucking detail doesn't mean it should get a rank of 53 by the admin. Or the fact that it's not entirely made from scratch with a shitty ass look that gets a rank of 93 because it was "Their own idea" especially with some crappy colors or thick non matching bevels. But I suppose they don't look at the work that's involved by editing all the aps and the meaning behind the theme even if it does match and everything.
Plus people who comment smart ass comments are just jackasses who need to pull their self righteous head out of their ass.

Very nicely put together. I'm also not generally into the absolute minimalism style, but this might fit the bill for exception to the rule. Forget the word trend even exists - if you like it, you like it. Keep true to yourself and yourself only (and skin some stuff!)
I think this is the first time I give points to a SS, but that's because this probably the first LS theme that could make me try LS, this is really really good, you're custom work is just awesome. About the admin ranking I also think its absurd, this is really top notch work, at least one of them could make a comment about their decision...imo at least... And Pyro_ you're work is just ****ing owning, it really is very good, please don't let this things make you stop, they just aren't worthy of it...
-20 Because I've seen this skin used way to much. Not that there's anything wrong with it. When I rate a screenshot originality plays a big part. That's probably one of the reason why you got a low rank.
