ekoshyun: i don't think so..see the taskbar? it says iTunes. But there is a iTunes winamp skin, just search for it.

It's iTunes using the Mini Player setting (Advanced -> Switch to Mini Player).
Or you could always use an iTunes skin and change the title in ResHacker.
