There are some things you could do to improve your allover layout. There is a little program called "ThrobOff" which is able to delete that windows flag in every open explorer window. If you are new to changing your icons you can try icon packager to change all icons with a simple program. Those two little hints can improve a lot here. Otherwise great colourchoice ;)
