they're similar in that they use the same skins, but tazio took it a step further.. he has a nice miranda skin and message window, a hacked run window, a hacked shutdown window, a modded colorpad skin, as well as other things.. he also made it look nicer with the layout.. layout is an important thing in screenshots.. you can have every program modded but if you don't have a nice way of putting it together then what's the point, you know?.. like the customize window opened in firefox doesn't really help the screen at all.. the colors of the customize website just kinda ruin the shot.. and there's also that little phrase, "imitation is the greatest form of flattery".. maybe he was influenced from your shot and decided to copy it but add his own work into it as well -- anyways, great shot, i really like it.. i dunno why, but i never liked those icons (no offense to the creator).. they just never interested me.. i think that if the white border wasn't in them, the screen would look nicer because the only white thing would be the structure in the middle of the wall.. always liked that kind of style.. so yea, great work.. keep it up, <3'd

it's nice, i like it.
have to agree with mr.concept on the icons and the colorpad is too flat, doesn't really match the visual style. other than, it's cool.

The run dialog is crooked. The icons ought to have been modded to have a blue outline. And the Colorpad ought to have looked like a window. I.e. titlebar and everything. Also match your bloody fonts!
Other than that you are improving, slowly but surely. Just need to take your time a bit more, and maybe you would've noticed those details. Also: Peculiar how this got on the "Popular Additions" so quickly...

Nice shot man. Stylish lookin desk :) While you're working on Pyros 'polite' suggestions, try modding that winamp to get rid of blue line that breaks off in the eq map. Dont know if its the same for you, but it's always bothered me having that break in the line there.
