The popup is unmistakably nika06, gaia-fied. The taskbar is elemental LS with a Inter VS style. I just combined the two ;)
The clean version shows the tray where the clock/date would be (activated by mouse click).

The biggest inspiration was from poma's recent gaia screenshot, the shutdown dialog sparked in my head how it looks similar to the nika popup style, so i tried it, and this was the result =)

Gaia isn't exactly my tastes, but this is sleek. And ignore adz, the taskbar is smooth enuff. -_-
