named as such because I'm the fourth person to submit a shot with this visual style. i got it from pep and I'm basically submitting to show the start menu and taskbar i made since his were created with litestep. this could theoretically shape up into a release, with permissions and a bit of cleaning around the edges.

EDIT: I've uploaded the wallpaper pack, or at least what parts I have of packs 1 & 2. I can't find a place to download them anywhere, and they're great walls so I thought I'd share. don't release them or mod them, as I do not know the original author.
