My noob childs play made this eye sore. hehe.
I was trying to pull off some of the top custo's style's and failed. But I decided to post it anyway.
Linux, too much to customize, so I gave up.

this is a hard wallpaper to work with. i think you're almost there, and some subtle bevels on the caption bar and window borders could add some much needed definition.
you make nice screenshots.

i don't think it's bad at all. i would also recommend working with a different font.

I really think you have done an excellent job - this isn a difficult wall to work with, but you've done so well as this is a Linux shot.
The only thing I would recommend is to get rid of the black border showing in the top right window.
