Artist's Note
So this is basically a modification of my previous setup, but it is so great to work with that it felt a waste to change it, I just changed some things that didn't feel right and added some stuff. It's been a long time since I spent so much time on my logon dialog for example and I added a feature based on Leopard's Stacks to my Litestep dock.
Wallpaper | Based on background images of snoarc.no
Litestep | Based on OS X and Snøhetta by Imrik.
Font | Lucida Grande
Icons | Based on OS X, Snøhetta by Imrik, Adobe logo
Cursors | Ported from OS X (the shadows are modded to fit the setup)
Classic Logon Prompt | Resource hacked (msgina.dll, dialog 1500), based on OS X logon dialog
iTunes | I wish I could have shown the Library too, but I couldn't finish it in time. The shadow and background colour are in the skin to mimic the look of alpha blended rounded corners since iTunes for Windows doesn't support this.
Windows Picture Viewer | Resource hacked
VLC Media Player | Skin based on QuickTime Player
Gehrunnerjunge | Based on OS X logon dialog
Miranda | resource hacked, Modern Contact List, tabsrmm, IEView, based on Adium. Custom avatars based on deviantART avatars, check out this to find out how to pull those of.

Damn, thats sweet Pepi! Love that Application launcher and dock you're using.
I'd seen a video similar to the application launcher you're using a long time ago, but that was for use on the whole PC and the software was meant to replace Windows or something like that. Is that the Sapien thingy you're referring to?

No, Sapiens is for OS X, where app launchers are more needed. It is a more advanced version of this (you can't do that with Litestep), it suggests the shortcuts you most likely need to you.
