Artist's Note

Was going to use this myself, but shellwm has too many bugs for my liking. Figured i don't submit enough... so... maybe someone can find a use for it.

2 3dcc are in zip as well as font. By default i have rollup and on top buttons disabled, (i mean, who uses them?,) but you can enable if you'd like.

I'm trying to port this to a VS, so if you like it i'll release it when i'm done.
