Artist's Note
Ho hum, another clock skin for SysMetrix (v3.20+), how original :-). This one's more about form than function, since all it does is give you the time, date, and a general overview of current weather conditions. Those with a keen eye will spot that I've "Kramer'd" a few bits and ideas from Xymantix's EXCELLENT clock themes. Hope the guy doesn't mind. ;-) This is my very first skin, btw.
