The textures definitely need some work. And a different font might help. Keep theming!

It's clean. It's soothing, obviously follwing in some respects the classic OSX Aqua look, although not copying that exactly. I don't know what that round thing on the side is - it's not clock, but it must have some function. I like it, but the visual style (looks like jaguar) erally hurts the aqua look of the theme. Otherwise, its a plain, simple, clean laqua ook for Talisman . . . The icons do ALOT for this theme, however - I'm not too crazy about the placement, but that can go - I assume they are resting on docks, two docks by the looks of it. Not a bad theme . . .
UPDATE - - - If this was only a screenshot of your desktop, you wouldn't necessarily need to give cerdit, since it is merely a shot of how your desktop looks, for your own purposes. BUT, since this is a downloadable theme that you are DISRIBUTING, you'll need to make sure you have permission. Hope that clears things up if you have questions about permission, etc.

You need better textures for the taskbar and such (Jaguar skin). It looks way too grainy.

Too simple compilation. And has a lot of mistakes. You should learn more about Talisman objects. For example: you have 2! unused List objects on your desktop. Why did you use them? Another problem is in using of shapes and forms objects. Do you understand the aim of Form1 ? You should read Talisman documentation before uploading your next theme.


BTW, about icons... mojomonkee: can we use the icons freely in our themes or we should ask permission from each author of icon ? I think such method (official permission from each author of icons) can stop any theming/skining. Because I can't ask EACH author about his single icon. Apple, Microsoft, Adobe and many other authors will not just answer to me :) Do I must die because it? I think we need permission to icons only if we use the complete iconset of one author and create the theme on base of this iconset. PS

About "jaguarxp" - this theme doesn't base on any iconset style. It is just a set of different images/icons without real connections between them. So I think your question about icons isn't important for this theme.
