The acrylic feel is always cool, but the layout and the black text ruins the theme, along with the white background.

the glass over the metal looks quite nice. i am just not sure if this could work as a desktop. you will permanently have to minimize all windows to see anything of it. not that ergonomic, right? but the most important thing is you had fun making it. :)
