to close the upper bar don't push the button again - click anywhere else instead
refresh screen u will find in the lower left corner right beside the "startapple"
in the middle u can open "my computer"
should be enough - HF ;)

there are some artifacts, and a fair amount of the styles clash in the actual piece, like the top bar compared to the bottom

tjo - there are new features in 2.7 you can use to enhance the topbar form.... ppl just like to push buttons. theme structure confusing, and only one rez. but I do like my blueprint icons u used.
btw, did you make the w/p?
