wow. i haven't given a 100 in awhile. i dont know why but this rubs me the right way. where to start?! well first love the taskbar, good solid 3d look to it. well designed background. standard (but inspiring) windows layout with a solid usable design. by far the best of your submissions. i dont really know what to say "i friggin dig it"
