Artist's Note
After installing the Vista TransPack from WindowsX, I was getting tired of seeing (Codename Longhorn) written in the Start bar so I felt the need to make it appear more Vista Like
This is my first Skin and first effort playing around in paint.

: made some minor mods such as blurring the color gradient with ACDSee

It's been a while since i've this app around, It's nice to see that people still still TClock. Before window blinds and xp visual styles this was the way to go if you didnt want to fool around with litestep. Good stuff.

Not bad skin for a not common software, still pretty windows default looking though, maybe change that flag to something else?
