I like the way that you've used the same image but haven't done the usual dumb thing of stretching the same part of the image.
I'm not convinced about the start button with it's size and white outline though.

yeah, that image is probably copyrighted by blizzard entertainments, since its from starcraft:broodwar. The skin is nice, its just not original.
