This is just a link to the actual file on my website. The reason I have only a link here is because there are 2 versions of the theme: one for Mac OS X users, and one for non-Mac OS X users. That is because my themes use native OS Scrollbars, and there is a slight code difference between Mac and non-Mac themes.

Having just a link to my site also ensures that you will always get the most recently updated theme possible. I maintain several different versions of my themes (Mozilla, Netscape, Firefox, and Thunderbird), and right now I have upwards of 80 theme files on my site. Whenever I have to do updates, I will upload them to my website, as it would be pretty difficult to update all on customize.org without missing one or two.
