great style and beautiful mix of colors. reminds me of those pens with the water and glittery stuff in them. and yeah, the text is too distracting.

The first thing that appealed to me was the color, but the text totally threw it off for me...

Good colors, but you have to work on blending that text in (make it smaller, it doesn't need to be legible, and that technique works for rather big artworks such as wallpapers). For example, if there was a character, and the text was his name; I would fade it or burn it into his arm. This makes it seem like part of the drawing and not just a random piece of text.
