This is the same one as ]2ice]3ar-tech KPA accept i changed the text to be smaller because lots of people don't like the text and i changed the frame!
and this is still my 2nd wallpaper ever...and i am only 13 years old so TAKE IT EZ!! and please comment on it so i know what to not do and wat to do!! thankz

its a little better but it just feels kinda cramped... maybe you should give it a more open feeling. give the white a little more opacity and maybe try some new things... and at least do something else other than combining all the tutorials that you can find... and dont submit every edit that you do either... but keep trying...
