Its actually pretty nice. A stock photo, none the less, but manipulated "ok". Just keep working at it. Best way to learn art programs is just by playing around. =)

Really simple, and not in composition but creation. Great first try, and as rkenshin said, best way to learn art programs is just by playing around. I look forward to more works by you.

hhmmm . maybe you should rephase your designer notes to this >> my first rip off work on a windows98 theme pack picture which i thought was boring. so i decided to have a go in blurrrrring it !! > thats why you asked not to be rated cause you would feel guilty if you did get a high rate!!! I cant believe you tired to get away with it on this respectable site ! next time give credits out to others for their work.....then you can prasie on what you did to make their work better. finished with my little tiff
