well you're color scheme appears to be on the trend WHORE theme so there's nothing wrong with that... other than that it just seems a little plain...
I don't think the admin actually tried it as a desktop because I think as a desktop it works nicely. Also since the admins only give 90+ to gray/blue abstract shard desings I think you deserve more than a 36.03 because you got most of the color right.
Sorry the trends are just pissing me off right now...

the center pyramid looks plain ugly. the color choice could be a bit more diversified. the grid is not the best idea. the 'gear' things in corners look out-of-place. I don't really think i can give comments for improvement to something like this.
