hmm i dunno wut to say, its so busy thats its just 2 much.. im sorry, its a sweet render but well.. i dunno, i couldnt use it as my background, my eyes would pop out after a min or 2 :P

Yes, VERY busy. The bg FX are good; the eliptic lighting FX aren't.
