Smooth relaxing type colors make this a winner for matching up your desktop, but it really could use some more elements to add more wowing power to it.

Smooth and relaxing, I agree. But maybe lose the grid-lines in the background, and lose the lines at the top and bottom. The 3D shape looks very crisp none-the-less.
