The BIG arse box takes away from the picture itself and then there is the BIG arse text on the right. I like the background elements though.

It looks like a screenshot from a planning stage of a mission in a game or something...i like the background, but not the text or box. The Evolution looks fine, but try offsetting it and taking everything else off for a much stronger product.
