interesting...I actually like this much better when it's NOT zoomed in. The smudge tool got a bit out of hand on this one, and that white stripe is a good bit overdone.

I like the overall composition of this, but the filter WANTS to be turned down and the stripe should be shortened. That filter screams turn me down.
