Another cloud layer and soften the lens filter. Maybe a little more work on the shore line too...(smaller rocks, etc, too clean)

The lens flare and sky really lend this one a feeling that's a little bit too *gasp* brycewankish. I think it could look a good deal better with a reworked sky; the composition is interesting enough to warrant some more work towards transforming it into a really nice image.
