nice 3d but the 2d at the sides doesn't work. it crashes with the 3d.

'crash' describes it well shocks - it just is a contrast to strong to look good in my eyes. Besides, viewing this render makes me ask: what for? I've got the impression that this render thing totaly broke lose of any meaning. It's just some shapes, it all these together are not more than the single parts are, they don't create anything 'bigger'. There is no composition, there seems to be no greater intention than playing with 3D itself. PS: This weird comment doesn't only apply to this single wallpaper

A year or more ago, this would have been great, but now, after seeing 1000s and 1000s, well, is just plain boring, and even trying to forget what has been done already, this is still not good. Why? well, is not a bad idea to convine an abstract render with a grunge swirl, the problem is how you do it, how many times people has to say: you MUST think before doing anything. Tools are just thing you use to what you want, not thing that use you to do what they want; thas why you most think before start working, so you can have a concept behind whatever it is what you are doing

It looks awesome! I would have given you higher if you didn't have the purple...things. Also I think you should have positioned it at the bottom left just so icons looked good. Great job on the reflections.
