This second version does catch my attention more, but dont let the guys who responded on the first one cause you to remove your work man.. screw all that.

Gorgeous. It has a "misty" feel to it right at the foot of the mountains/hills. It reminds me of the Austrian countryside, up in the hill country, near Sopron, Hungary. I know its in France, but it still reminds me of a certain place, a certain someone . . . . (by the way, I love that you give info on the background/location - makes it all the more realistic.) I'm downloading this because it brings back fond memories, not simply because it is a truly STELLAR piec of work.

I like the mountains on the first one, but I love the second one, becuase is has that peacefull and misterious feeling that your walls have and that I love (and about the cross thing: keep working on it, because you have something there, and is not offensive at all, and if some people get offended by it, even better, becuase it means that the messege is heard)

Very natural, I love that. I think for my next screenshot I will attempt to theme around this, or one of your other walls. After all, who wouldn't mind turning on their comp to see Argeles-Gazost, France.

thanks for the comments people. Anetalaya, I'll think about playing with the first version, but just to make things clear: there wasn't a message ever intended. The cross wasn't meant to be there as a symbol but as what it is: a part of the real scenery, a historical remain, nothing more.
