needs a bit more work. what about doing the squares in the upper part too? The lines looks good, but the shapes should not be under them.

the text would look cool if it was fading or showing movement. Maybe making the squares smaller too? Retro style is dope!

to me it looks like a bunch of different elements put together. got for the total glossy aqua effect, or go for the flat 2d with the borders. try to make the elements of the piece fit together more basically. it feels incomplete to me at this moment. I do like what you have so far though. oh yeah, the text has ateeny bit of aliasing on it
