If it weren't for the words going up, I would like this a lot. Take those suggestions below and you'll have a pretty nice wall. I really like the bottom section. Good work.

it's a cool idea. things i would change would be: #1) the font size of the building - a smaller font would let you make finer changes and make it look more like a building. have windows, etc. #2) the name - everyone uses chaos in the names of their art. it's a little played out. ;) Ther's a whole lot that you could do to make this work, but that's where I'd focus MY efforts. I'm no artist, just things that poped out at me right away. =)

looks like an urban wasteland. or a junkyard of old architectural monuments..especially with the random angles everything is placed at..cool.

evolve the bottom techy stuff and intergrate it into the rest of the pic. the buildings themselves look a little 'filtered', but that i mean its obvious that uve just got a pic of a skyline and used the cutout filter. i know its time consuming to do it by hand, but ur rewarded by much more control over how it looks and a much much sharper and cleaner image. a slight gratiant to replace the white behind the buildings might look cool too, but what do i know ;)
