I don't like the gradient you used and i don't think it would be useful as a background for me because the vector art is too close the the bottom of the scree where my taskbar goes. I like the vector art though

the gradient is horrible. what vector like goodness? just looks like a image of a chick using the photoshop cutout plugin pasted on a horrible gradient wallpaper. sorry.

sometimes snively, the simplest things are the hardest to do. i like it, works great, and thats hard when its something this minimal.The gradiant works really well to make the empty space not seem bad on the eye, and the girl doesnt look like cutout filter at all. ne way, abt fecking time we had something decent featured.

I don't like it, although it is very well done. I think it's the sharp red that I don't like. The vector is pretty nice, and the gradient isn't overpowering for what it's worth.

What the hell? this is awful.
what if someone submitted the same gradient, and put like a cel-shaded/vector soccer ball or something; it's the same thing! I can't find anything to like about this

i should've said this when it was posted, but...this is awesome. effort and simplicity do not make the quality...just because it has simple elements does not make it bad. it is more than the sum of its parts...so stuff it.
