It's really nice from the thumb, but slightly disappointing on full view. Not sure what you've done here (blurred layer set to softlight maybe), but it looks too blurry, way too blurry. I'm also not sold on the 2D vector work, you haven't gone over the top, but it's a bit clumsy to be honest.

The lighting is harsh, MAX's default metal mats really blow, and this a good example of them blowing, esp with that light. The way they are handling the light is just weird. It looks low poly, a tad sloppy, like a game model, not something for a static image. It's got a great feel, and a great vibe, but it really could use another week of polish. I generally agree with Repo's comments as well. This is good work, but I really think it could be taken up to a higher level. Great improvment on your work generally though. I'm impressed.

i like the perspective, but i think the 3d needs more working on and the 2d kills things. not too bad just lacks polish
