i've never liked pixel stretches, i think it tends to look cheap and thrown together, and i also dont think that recreating the corner of the structure in the photo would have been all that difficult. however, the design is solid, and its got a very nice feel. i say recreate that corner (where i assume the photo cut off) and leave the pixel stretch behind it as a sort of background image. but thats just me.
